ECI is a proven electrical contractor capable of working in the most severe industries with a wide range of services including low, medium and high voltage power transmission and distribution, instrumentation, controls and automation, communications and lightning. They are also experienced in PLC programming and hazardous locations.
ECI strives to build a relationship with their clients by providing services that others are not capable of accommodating. I have literally called them in the middle of the night to come and assist my plant engineers in repairing a system to get the plan running in time for the next day's production. Within a hours' time their electricians were working on the problem.

"Job Industrial Services (JIS) has been heavily involved in the the Heavy Crude Expansion Project (HCEP) at Holly Refinery in Woods Cross, Utah as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contactor.
JIS has subcontracted Electrical Contractors Inc. (ECI) to perform portion of this expansion project including the electrical portions of the Black Wax Unloading Facility and the Power Expansion Project which includes installation of two new Motor Control Center Building and expansion of a third.
