PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS are absolutely essential in the Design Build Sector. ECI works to interface openly on both its Design-Bid-Build and its Design-Build work. However, fostering a cooperative exchange of ideas to produce profitable projects becomes even more crucial during Design Build situations. Along with a high caliber installation team, ECI also provides an in-house engineering division whose expertise involves both design/theory and “hands-on” experience in installation and service work. Our engineers understand not only the planning and design process, but also HOW these systems function on-site. As a result, we’re better able to communicate with the DB team to predict and resolve problems before they become a difficulty in the field. (ECI’s electrical construction team is also adept at working with other a/e teams in the region effectively.)
